Am in the market to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. Visited Osborne Park Jeep on the weekend and spoke with Arjun. He was polite and knowledgeable. We had arranged a potential quote for my existing Jeep as a potential trade in on a new Jeep, will call me on Monday. Seems reasonable. Well no, no call or email even though he has all my details. Where has customer service gone and commitment to follow up. They seem to not care so that’s fine, there are plenty of Jeep dealerships in Perth and am sure they will be better at getting a sale than Osborne Park. Try another dealership and read the reviews on the servicing department. Seems to have issues that are not being addressed.

Paul Ross from Jeep is friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and honest. He knows how to connect with his customers and is always willing to go out of his way to help. Thanks Paul! I would also like to mention Andrew Sloan, who provided a positive, easy and stress free financial service. Andrew is interested in getting you the best deal and it truly feels like he cares! This was my first time purchasing a new car, it took me 4 years to finally find what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with both Paul and Andrew's support throughout the entire process. Extremely rude staff and ended the call on me. He called in, without even greeting or saying where he’s from, and I had to make the first move. He then asked if I was interested in buying a car and I said I was in a meeting. He completely ignored me and proceeded to ask “why aren’t I interested anymore” or sum like that then I didn’t answer him but I kindly said “thanks for the call”. He ended the call without a word.I was initially very interested in a car but I think we’ll have to wait for that experience to pass.

I have our Jeep serviced here, and the staff are great, and the job has always been done quickly and efficiently, however dealership prices are always so much higher than other auto mechanics. If the price was closer, it would be a five star service.

Would NOT recommend this place to any one! Particularly if you are female, as you’ll either get ripped off/over charged or just treated poorly - even after placing a complaint and having no response back.My sister who is dyslexic - and to be frank makes her embarrassed having to admit. Had a service booked in, once service was completed kindly asked the young girl at desk to repeat what was typed on the report, as she was too embarrassed to admit she couldn’t read it/understand it fully herself. She just wanted confirmation on what they had done to her car.The girl was hostile and refused any assistance, repeating “its all on the paper”. My sister pleaded that she just read it out loud to her but no this was too much of an ask. My sister left crying and embarrassed. She let the dealership know of what had happened and that she was not happy - got NO response from it. She was over charged $50 on products that should have been double checked/confirmed with customer before going ahead.This business is lazy and unprofessional, proper training clearly needs to be administered. All I could think after being told this was, “would this young girl act this way if an elderly person asked?”Do better!

Great staff and service even though many staff members off work.Had to wait a bit longer than normal for return of my vehicle ,it's nice to see even though staff are under the pump they remain calm and cheerful.Thanks Peter and Hannah

Jeep Australia Avoids its ResponsibilitiesBe warned everyone who is thinking of buying a Jeep. I have just found out that Jeep Australia (Fiat Chrysler Australia) is refusing to acknowledge a known technical issue with their 2014 Grand Cherokee. They are refusing to rectify a fault with my Grand Cherokee either under extended warranty that I purchased or through goodwill.The fact that the problem was subject to a nation wide recall in the US where Jeep USA fixed the problem at no cost to the customer is being totally ignored by Jeep Australia.Imagine, you get into your vehicle and start the car only to find the instrument cluster, with all its vital information such as speed, fuel usage, heat status, indicators, lights and so on, is blank! Nothing I could do got it going again. And then told by the Dealer, Osborne Park Jeep, that not only would it take 4 to 6 weeks to get a new cluster from the US, but also that it was not covered under the extended warranty I purchased, nor under any recall. They simply told me to take it up with FCA.When I did call FCA, they confirmed they were aware of the situation but told me there would be no offer of any compensation at all.As good as the Jeep is, the back up by Jeep Australia is pathetic. Be warned!

Couldn't have been easier getting my car serviced. Full transparency regarding issues to be rectified and I wasn't pressured into paying for extra services or parts immediately like I've experienced in the past with other mechanics. Was also nice to be able to pay and view the quote online.

If you are considering purchasing, servicing or maintaining your vehicle here then think again!Purchased my vehicle here over 2 years ago and whilst the purchasing stage of the process was relatively stress free, the ongoing after care, maintenance and servicing has sadly, not been!Despite the multiple Service Managers this place has had, the customer service of this joint is disgusting! To the point I have had no choice but to lodge formal complaints with Jeep Australia for further investigation and consideration.I used to have my vehicle service here regularly until one particular service, specific fault codes were just cleared from my vehicle and I was given no explanation as to what these codes related to other than, we’ve cleared them. Some months later, I am now having to have this specific part replaced (costing over $5k) which could’ve been prevented if Jeep had of explained the fault codes to me at this particular service interval.Despite emailing the so called “service department” dedicated email address, the response times back to these emails are shocking if you’re even lucky to get a response.Also, I booked my vehicle in for a “safety recall” as per a letter I received from Jeep Australia, which I had to wait a month to get an opening for the job. Heavily pregnant, I arrive to drop the vehicle off for this safety recall, am told the job will take 2-3 hours depending on availability of the mechanics in the workshop, to be phoned up less than 30 minutes of dropping the vehicle off to be told the vehicle has already had the recall done. A little bit of customer service in this situation could have avoided an unnecessary 60km round trip to Jeep only to be told I don’t actually need this recall done. Absolutely shonky customer service.Do yourself a favour, find a better dealership cause this one won’t do you any favours whatsoever!
